Our online customer support operates during the following hours:

  • Monday - Friday: 10:00AM -  6:00PM (AEST)
  • Saturday: 10:00am - 1:00pm
  • & Sunday: Closed
  • Public Holidays: Closed

3. Returns & Deliveries

Please note that items returned without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will not be accepted.

To initiate a return or claim, please email Sales.hoorooautoparts@gmail.com with your order number and photo/video evidence. Once approved, our team will provide you with the exact return warehouse address and RMA instructions.
