  • Pricing & Errors: All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable, unless stated otherwise. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for that item and issue a full refund.
  • Payment Terms: Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using our accepted payment methods.

3. Part Compatibility & Fitment Disclaimer

  • Buyer Responsibility: It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure that any parts ordered are suitable and correct for their specific vehicle make, model, year, engine code, or VIN prior to installation.

4. Installation & Professional Use

  • Installation: Auto parts must be installed by a qualified, competent mechanic or automotive specialist.
  • Warranty Exclusion: HOOROO Automotive Parts accepts no liability for damage, component failure, or safety issues caused by improper, negligent, or incorrect installation, alteration, or misuse (including off-road or racing applications).

5. Limitation of Liability & Consumer Rights

  • Australian Consumer Law (ACL): Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantees or rights provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or Australian Consumer Law that cannot be lawfully excluded.
  • Exclusion of Consequential Loss: To the maximum extent permitted by law, HOOROO Automotive Parts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of income, towing fees, vehicle rental costs, storage charges, or labor costs incurred during installation or removal of parts.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping times and costs are calculated and provided at checkout or outlined in our shipping guidelines.
  • Delivery estimates are non-binding; we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party freight or courier providers once the goods have left our care.
  • Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier or nominated delivery address.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns, exchanges, and refund claims are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
  • Any returns for change of mind or incorrectly ordered parts are subject to the terms and restocking fees set out in that policy.
